1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving the order if the product is bought with full payment.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery or if the size is incorrect.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they meet the above criteria.

2. How to Request a Return

  • We will provide instructions on how to return your product.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrectly sized items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
